We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, Operations Associate to join our TradeBid team in Dublin (Central Hub) as we look to expand our operations into Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic individual to join a successful automotive technology company and be an integral part of our exponential growth. You will report directly to the Director of Operations. The role will suit those who would like to be exposed to the Automotive Technology industry and have a keen interest in Automotive, Operations, Digital and Business management. There is a language requirement with this role.

Operations Associate Responsibilities

Responsible for managing daily auctions to ensure smooth running of the TradeBid platform.
Manage customer onboarding processes including customer setup, logins and registration.
Support the auctions logistics process and liaise with transport companies daily.
Take responsibility for key OEM accounts to ensure operational excellence.
Assist with the communication of platform updates, comms strategy and handling customer queries.
Interact with customers and key stakeholders on a daily basis.
Work with the Buyer Experience team and Sales team to identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
Supporting with the development and maintenance of processes, procedures, policies, standards and handbooks.
Assist in creating Success Plans for new customers and monitor their progress.
Assist Territory Managers with dealer queries.
Cooperate with different departments regularly to ensure sufficient running of the platform.

About You

Professional/Native/Bilingual Proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
Seeking graduate entry level positions
